Our Story

A Working Mill, Centuries Old

Moulin St Blaise has stood on this bend of the Loir since the medieval era. The original wooden waterwheel — still preserved in its chamber beneath the mill — once ground grain for the villages of the Sarthe. The original iron mill gear is now the centrepiece of the dining room. Today the mill has been lovingly converted into exceptional accommodation, but its soul is entirely unchanged.
